A Big Thank You & An Etsy Giveaway!

I simply can't thank you all enough for all your well wishes and prayers during my illness! They definitely have helped in my healing!

I returned to work on Tuesday, but have found that just the commute to downtown Chicago wipes me out. Luckily, our firm decided that with the NATO Summit it is best to work from home today and Monday. So I am being productive in my pajamas :) The recuperation is much slower than I anticipated. I am just now adding foods back in to my diet besides plain noodles, potatoes and toast :) They say that in 6 - 8 weeks I should be back to normal.

I wanted to do a special giveaway in celebration of your support and prayers and also because I just reached 300 posts! (Not sure how that happened!) Since I am not quite up to creating something special, I decided to have a giveaway of your choice of any one item from my Etsy shop. If you would like to take a peek, you can click here.

As always, this giveaway is open to everyone. Simply comment on this post or send me an email to pgagliardi9@hotmail.com with "Etsy giveaway" in the subject line and let me know which item you would choose if you win :)

"Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing."
~James 1:2-4

Blessings, Patti

Glad to hear things are returning to some kind of normal. Yikes, guess I take eating "real" food too for granted. Ahhhh....working in your jammies...now THAT is a good thing! Hope you continue to heal and find strength....I would be honored to be entered in your generous giveaway....Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

I hope you recover quickly, I know how hard it is when we can't do the things we love. I would be tempted to take the arnolds print work kitty, even though he is well worn, I just love them.

Please enter me in your drawing. I would absolutely love to win the Butterfly Basket. I don't collect real prim things and love pastels. The Hardanger basket trim is beautiful.
